Clare May Ball 2017 - Ticketing Policy

Ticket Categories

Tickets for Clare May Ball 2017 are divided into five different categories with each category having a specific number of tickets available for sale.

Ticket categories available for sale and their respective prices are as follows:

a. Clare Students (£150)

b. Non-Clare Cambridge Students (£165)

c. Non-Cambridge Guests (£190)

d. Clare Alumni and Guests (£190)

e. Clare Fellows/Staff and Guests (£190)

In addition, there are two upgrades that can be purchased in conjunction with all standard tickets:

1. VIP Dining Experience (£50)

2. Queue Jump (£20)

Note: Each ticket can be upgraded to either a VIP Dining Ticket or a Queue Jump Ticket, but not both simultaneously.

Purchasing these upgrades does not affect the ticket allocation process; there are however a limited number of both upgrades available. If there are more applications than upgrades available, a random ballot will be carried out to allocate these upgrades. Those unsuccessful in this ballot will then be automatically treated as if they had not applied for the upgrade.
