Name change policy

This year the committee has unfortunately had to decide to strictly tighten up the name change policy, due to people having abused the system in the past. However in exceptional cases we will allow a name change - there is a £35 fee.

If you feel there is a valid reason to allow you to change the name on your ticket please contact Abdullah on ticketing@claremayball.com

Cheques

We understand that a number of people do not have cheque books or will find it difficult to get a cheque to us. In this case we would advise that you ask a friend to write out a cheque to us with your details on the back. You can then online transfer to them or pay them in another way. Ticketing Policy:

This year the ticketing policy has changed so make sure you read and understand this.

At 6pm on Friday 10th February ticket applications will open to All Clare Members. Clare Members are allowed to apply for 4 tickets in total - the main ticket has to be for the Clare member, you are then allowed to enter a single priority guest and two other guests.

Tickets will firstly be allocated to All Clare Members that have applied. After this tickets will be allocated to Clare member priority first guests, in order of the time at which the application was submitted. If, after this, any tickets remain tickets will be allocated to second and third guests in pairs, again in order of the time at which applications were submitted. Finally only if any tickets remain, after all of these have been allocated, tickets go on general sale to all University of Cambridge members.
